Our team loves mushrooms (and butter!) so when we first tasted this French dish, we knew we had to have it in our pantry. Duxelle is a traditional French dish made of chopped mushrooms, onions, herbs, and black pepper, sauteed in butter and reduced to a paste.

Savor's porcini and mixed mushroom duxelle brings an especially savory, complex, buttery flavor that punches up dishes – without all the chopping and sauteeing.
